Hi! Hm. We can't be sure, and we don't want to jump into conclusions whether it's edited or not.
As for my opinion,
1.) The photo's kind of blurred...or pixelated.. or something like that.
2.) It can be real, at first look, you'll conclude that it is really authentic. But there can be really good photopshop masters there.
3.) If ever they want the public to know that photo, the public must at least know that they're officially dating.
WE DON'T WANT TO JUMP INTO CONCLUSIONS, AS STATED ABOVE. WE DON'T HAVE VALID PROOFS TO TELL YOU ANYTHING ABOUT THAT PICTURE. WE'RE REALLY SORRY. -

So far, Selena and her management haven't announced any World Tour yet or a concert in the Philippines at least. We'll keep you updated if ever such announcements will be released.
