I would write the law of the Great Commission on the heart of every person. That alone would fix greed, crime, poverty, you name it. If I had to be something more physical than spiritual, I would pass a law that made the economy dependent upon sustainable food and energy commodities rather than conceptual or nonsustainable ones.
