A Rum Old Fashioned:
2 oz dark or aged rum
1/2 oz simple syrup
3-4 dashes Angostura bitters
Twist of lime
Dissolve syrup and bitter in the rum, add ice, and stir to chill. twist lime peel over drink and drop it in. -
