      Since I'm heading to the gym soon, I'm curious: How many of you guys go to a gym or are active in someway? If you aren't, do you have any plans to do so in the near future? Also, if you're completely abstaining from physical activity, what is the reason? [25]

      I worked out a lot today! I jogged 6 miles, did 900 ab crunches, and I lifted some weights.
