Luckily the jobs is really flexible, so I just have to work a certain number of hours per week/month, and can pick and choose when to work them pretty much. Plus also holiday allowance on top of that, it should be fine :)

If I had to choose, then probably personality. I'm not good with people who have nothing interesting to talk about.

I don't know how many bands you already know of that style. Check out City Lights and The Years Gone By (Something You Know Nothing About EP).
Also check out Veara & Me vs. Hero -
I didn't, Robin and Dave decided they didn't want me in the band any more. Drew, Scott and Mark all left though.

In a millenium? In a second? Be specific!

I have asked them to stop playing Everyone and Writing Letters after their current tour and have let them play She Called Shotgun until the end of the year, as I know how hard it'd be to just stop playing the most well known track.
I really hope they respect and honour my wishes. I know it might seem petty, but it's somewhat disheartening to know that 2 people who decided to kick you out of a band are off touring and taking advantage of the work you've done, without ever even saying thank you. -
Yeah I don't see why not. Whether it'll be the same style of song-writing or not is anyone's guess though. I wrote She Called Shotgun and Everyone with some help from Drew, Scott and Mark, and Heartstrong backline was written equally by the 4 of us (lyrics by Robin), so obviously new songs won't be exactly the same style.
I'm interested in what the new line-up come out with next though. Elliott was the original bassist of KCF (years ago) and he wrote some of the first tracks, so he's a songwriter too. We'll just have to wait and see! -
It's not my cup of tea. I like songs that have a good vocal melody etc. screaming / shouting isn't my thing at all unless it's used in moderation (ADTR, old Deaf Havana etc.)
