If you mean Marvel vs. DC, then I would pick DC hands down. But, if you are asking more specifically like a character I read up on then my answer is Cassandra Cain, Batgirl ( when she was Batgirl anyways ). I'm reading the new Batgirl series with Stephanie Brown. Gothic Sirens is pretty cool too. :]
