Well...i will be joining part of the pacer programme; and they have a training schedule to follow. i will follow that plan eventually so that i could pace at the correct timing :)

hi, since u are only sticking to 10km race event; u might wish to add some speed work e.g. intervals to your training schedule and also do some hill training to build up your core muscle and endurance :)

Thanks for visiting my blog. Hmm i think is very common for long distance runners to have black toe. not to worry, it will drop off eventually when the new ones grown. :) -

Hi, sorry i cant advise you on that as I have not been hit by ITB before. but i could suggest you to consult a specialist or take a break from running, and cross train by doing some swimming.
