Split and take alot of rest in between sets and stay with in the mass building reps. Between 3 and 7

JAck3d is decent cause I feel it makes you focus. I dont think this will help give you size from taking it even though it might help you lift heavier and harder which I guess makes you bigger in time. It is all about what you take to help you repair after a workout.

this is all normal. Soreness happens but just make sure you are recovered before your next workout.

Sounds like you need to throw some Stiff leg deadlifts in there. That helps with hips

yes I will get a back video up soon. as for post workout meal. I like to carb up a bit so that is probably the pnly time during the PM hours that I personally eat carbs. I think High protein such as chicken or lean beef and Brown rice is a killer post workout.

everyone wants what they can not have but that is what makes people keep working hard for. you just got to do your best for that client and be honest with them.
