I know the feeling. I can be a lot like that too sometimes. I find that the only real way around it is just to push yourself out of your comfort zone. You definitely can make a difference. I've made a difference just by talking! So can you :)

Aw, thank you for such a nice message. :) And yes, definitely! Before I moved to Oregon I lived a very confined, limited, and controlled life. I have never felt more free and more true to myself than I do now that I have been exploring the world. :)
