      1) who are you and why do you think you are entitled to the answer to this question?
      2) um, virgin?

Well then you haven't stalked my facebook enough ;p
I stopped eating most meats in December 2008. I still had fish occasionally, but I don't even like fish. I stopped eating fish in August. This month I've tried for two vegan days a week, but pretty much always fail, mostly because there's very little in the way of vegan options on campus.

Hmm. I stand by things I believe in pretty strongly. I'm feisty and I will argue my point strongly unless you can prove I'm wrong. I study social justice-type stuff all the time. I dunno if that is actually a good desctription.

what.....why do I get asked questions like this? what the actual fuck?
Anyways, assuming this is related to the cannibalism question, if someone is in surgery it is probably because of one of a few reasons.
The first idea that comes to mind is that the person is sick, and needs surgery to fix something. If this is the case, the meat is probably not fit for consumption.
The second idea would be plastic surgery, in which case there would likely be non-meat elements in the body, which would be unfit for consumption.
Plenty of other reasons that I don't feel like going into.
No matter what, the body will be full of medicines that made surgery okay in the first place, such as painkillers and/or things to put you to sleep, and then it also probably won't be fit for consumption.

Assuming the body is still fit, why not just use the pieces of it to cure others in need? Skin grafts, organ donation, etc. I'm not going to say it's okay to eat another human being.

This is very similar to the argument commonly thrown against vegetarians, the question that if an animal died a natural and painless death, would you eat it? Of course not, I'm just not going to eat something with a nervous system, nor am I going to condone others doing the same.

I mean, kinda, yeah. I mean, I kind of have moral qualms against any meat consumption.

My hope comes from my future. This might be because I've taken the Strengthsfinder instrument and found that I'm a futurist, but no matter, I love looking forward. I love thinking about what can happen in the future. Thinking about these things and realizing what is still in store for me makes me feel better when I'm down, and often spurs me into action, which makes me feel better and more productive.

I think they're pretty spot on. They also point out a lot of my own flaws, which makes me uncomfortable, but that's the point. How are you supposed to fix yourself if you don't realize there is a problem?

Same places as always. Why would I tell someone anonymous where I've been? That's kinda creep.
