Man, I don't know! I've always liked it a lot, but I never knew people who really wanted to do it. Since the whole #loserkaraoke and #notloserkaraoke thing started, I've been in bliss.
I've always liked performing, even though I get a little nervous. I grew up singing in church and I started writing and recording music in university, which you can hear here: http://myspace.com/rayannelangdon. Karaoke is kind of an extension of that, in a way!
Anyway, it's certainly super great people, super great song selection, super great fun! -

Of my own? I'm really into this orangey, purpley, bluey, crazy triangled-patterned sheer shirt I got for $10 in a discount rack at Urban Outfitters. I think it looks pretty sweet with a black cami, skirt and belt.
I'm actually due for a vintage shopping trip, 'cause my selection of pre-loved dresses hasn't improved since the winter! -
I live with my big bro -- who rules, usually. I'm messy and lazy, so he gets mad at me a lot for that. Haha. He's gotten pretty darn healthy in the last few months and has smartened up about a lot of things that I guess I haven't yet, which I guess is annoying for him.
My high school sweetheart has been here for the last couple weeks. He got a sweet design internship at a marketing firm here and had to move in a rush. He's sleeping on my couch until he finds a place, so if you know a decent two-bedroom that's subway-friendly, holla at yo gurl!
