      Hi Rachel, I watched your presentation on the CollegeWeek Live forum yesterday. Thank you so much for hosting - your session was very informative. What are your thoughts on Zinch? I'd like to hear how other schools are successfully using it.

      I don't personally have any experience with Zinch. If you're on Twitter, reach out to @gilrogers and @bradjward, as I believe they talk about them regularly. I'm so glad you found my session helpful. Best of luck to you!

      For our SPSUAdmissions twitter page, should I put up my picture as the profile (since I'm the tweeter) or just a logo or significant building? TIA!

      Any chance you're Becca? Because I just typed a response to you in my blog post draft that I hope to publish tonight! Here's my response: I'd vote for a combo of your photo with a university symbol of some kind on it. Makes it far more personal, yet official/professional.
