Yes.. it's racist.
I don't understand society's idea that if, for example, a white person's racist to a black person, it's bad and they deserve to be locked up, but if a black person is racist to a white person, no one bats an eye.
Sorry, had to get that off my chest, but it's always bothered me. I'm not racist and I hate racism, but I also hate double-standards. -

Probably not. But it disgusts me that if someone from an ethnic minority is racist toward a white person, it is not seen as serious in the eyes of the law.

If they were coloured, yeah. For example, if they were black and I said, "You black bastard!", thats punishable by law. If they call me a white bastard, nothing happens, except they will get a headbutt.
