This is a question for people who have sauce with their dinner, do you put the sauce over your food or do you put it to the side to dip your food in? [7]

    If it's a finger food like fries then I usually put it to the side. If it's not then I usually put it over the food.

    I put it on the side unless it's something wants the sauce on the meal. Like burgers, I'll put the sauce on the burger.

    i usually put it on the food unless its finger food like fish and chips, then i set it to the side

    If it's something I eat with a fork or spoon, such as rice.
    I pour the sauce on it.

    If it's something I eat with my fingers, such as chicken strips.
    I dip it in the sauce.

    It depends with certain foods, really. With stuff like friends and chicken strips, I like to dip them in whatever sauce I have. With stuff like steak, I just put the sauce over the food.
