    I'd probably wander around (or ask for a tour of) the mansion and see if there might be any beneficial layout or design changes to make to the interior. I wouldn't want to rearrange employee positions (unless the general consensus in the mansion is that doing so would be a good idea), but a little bit of interior decor change could reflect the new ownership (well, new backing. I'd like some control, but it is still the Scarlet Devil Mansion, of course) hopefully without making any drastic changes. That, and I just like interior decorating.
