    Help them. Hurt themselves, that is.

    Actually, in all seriousness, it depends heavily on the individual and what it was they were doing. Whether it was potentially fatal or not. What had been happening recently between myself and said individual. That sort of thing. It's case to case, really.

    I would...do everything in my power try to stop him...at the very least ask him why he was doing what he was doing...see if there was anything I could do to help him stop...
