Absolutely. Vaccinations and inoculations have been used for hundreds of years to curb horrible diseases from infecting large numbers of the population. If you're stupid enough to believe the unsubstantiated rhetoric that vaccines are dangerous, then you shouldn't be allowed in populated areas, because your ignorance is endangering the rest of us. Living within society means following society's rules. And if you think autism* is difficult to live with, try polio.
*Currently there is no accepted scientific evidence that vaccination is a factor in causing autism. I am simply making the point that I would prefer an autistic child to one who has contracted polio. Not that I have any children. In any case, point made!

For diseases that bring death or screw your body up for life, then yes. For other diseases it should be voluntary.

Like @backliketupac said, schools (I'm not sure about jobs) require you to get flu and other vaccines before you're enrolled. If you don't have proof that you've recieved it, then you can't attend school. If your child doesn't go to school, the parent(s) face charges and jail-time. My brothers and I had a flu vaccine before the last school year. So in a way it is compulsory; I'm not sure how colleges and workplaces work though.

Beats the heck out of epidemics. On the other hand, do we really know what's really in the vaccine? Maybe they're actually implanting an RFID chip.
If it's proven safe, absolutely. Why do I have to risk my child's health at school because someone else decided to believe Dr. Quackenberger's latest studies that 'prove' vaccines cause multiple personality disorder?
Yes, as long as the vaccine has been properly tested and won't harm the person receiving it. If you don't get vaccinated when you had the option and then contract a communicable disease, you're now responsible for anyone who suffers from the disease because of you, or, even worse, actually dies of it.
