    Yes because they're intentionally making the choice not to quit. Knowing the consequences.
    Addiction is just a fancy way to say "you're not trying hard enough"

    No? That's their choice and I fully respect that, so long as they respect that I don't want to be breathing in second hand smoke (because of my asthma).
