Yep I love pasta - I'm from Italian heritage on my mother's side and a love of pasta is in my genes. I bought myself a pasta machine for last Christmas and make my own spaghetti, fettuccine and lasagne sheets (which are so much tastier and easier to use than store-bought dried sheets).
