      Great question!

Wrestling wise, I'd go with Chris Jericho. The man is not only a technical genius when it comes to our craft, but knows how to market himself and by far is one of the best characters in the sport today. He knows exactly how to draw people into watching what he's involved in, no matter where it be. A true inspiration, especially being a "smaller guy" that made it to the top.

For weight training, have to be Arnold Schwarzenegger. Simply for the fact that I could say I have!

No. I am not a Willyface. But thanks for checking :)

I get all my duds made by a company based in Port Macquarie, New South Wales so it is all locally.

Those white trunks were amazing, unfortunately getting the blood out of them from that match against Tama caused the colours to run and thus they are no more :(

First of all, thanks for coming and supporting local wrestling in Australia! Means a lot that people will actually come out to the shows.

It really depends on where I am. When at home for PWA, I'm usually helping set up. From chairs, to staging, to the ring itself. I'll be doing something right up to the minute the doors open.

When I'm away from PWA, say MCW for instance, it really depends on when I get into the state. Most of the time I'm interstate on the first flight out (unfortunately) and thus quite tired. I'll help as much as I can, but usually just feel like crashing sooner rather than later.

As it gets closer to bell time, I'm usually relaxing. Either chatting to those I don't get to see very often or listening to whatever song I'm really into at the time. Then it's time to put all my gear on, and then warm up.

Lately my warming up has consisted of skipping with a rope for 10 minutes or more. I like to do some cardio before I get out there to see how well I'm feeling on the day. After that, I'll bust out some push ups with variants for a few sets (nothing extreme) and then do some arm and chest exercises with resistance bands.

If I remember, just before I go out I stretch. Need to do this more often so I don't come back from the match sore and stiff. I'm kinda weird and do some vocal exercises as well, just yelling swear words usually gets me pumped after I was backstage at an NWA Pro event and Robby Heart was doing something similar. Pacing up and down yelling "FUCK YEAH!" amongst other things, it was awesome!

A few jump squats or leap frogs just before the music hits and I'm ready to go.

I also focus really hard those last couple of seconds before I make my way to the ring on what I need to do. Makes me feel more confident.

The only other thing is I really watch what I eat. I try and hit up a Supplement store and a Supermarket before hand, stock up on either Pre-Workout Drinks, protein bars/shakes or fruit.

There are a few. The entire Tekken series may be my favourite. Street Fighter Alpha 3 is amazing. UFC games are great too.

Realistically, I like both. Those who train with me and have had the chance to be up against me in the ring would know I'm very comfortable in both styles personally.

I like them for different reasons though. Technical wrestling is exciting to me because there is so much opportunity for new holds, new counters to be made. It's very back and fourth and shows who really studies this art.

The high flying style is something I enjoy because it is able to show one's athletic ability and creativeness. Some of the things I've done in this style I never would have thought possible, but you just gotta take to the air and give it a shot!

Well I was a larger kid, and I must've had a weird metabolism where it just all went there. Never has it gone away.

No, I have not! But I think that's what I'll be doing in the next 10 minutes at work. Big fan.

The United Kingdom. I'd bring the girlfriend because I know she wants to travel there and I'd also like the opportunity to catch up with some friends I made in August of this year.

Can the answer be both? I don't like getting up in the morning, but once I am, look out world! And I hate going to bed because I feel like there is more to be done, but enjoy sleeping an incredible amount!
