however, it's changing right now! there are way more events that there were 6 months ago and startups like threadless and groupon are changing the way the outside looks at Chicago. its' a slow process but this attention will startup bring money (VC & angel) and that will create even more startups, which will create more exits, which will create more attention, and so on, and so on...
