Per year, probably close to $1000. Whoa. When you do the math out like that, it's pretty surprising. I REALLY need to cut down!

It depends on why you want to wear bronzer in the first place. If you're using bronzer to contour your cheeks, then you should apply it to the hollows of your cheeks. You can also put it under your jawline. If you are wearing it to give yourself a natural looking tan or glow, then you should only apply it to where the sun would naturally hit your face. Sometimes bronzer can appear too harsh on your skin, so a trick would be to blend it out with sheer powder.

If you're going to do it at home, try taking a hot shower first so that your pores will be more open, and the hair in your brows will come out more easily when plucked. Also, try plucking them in the same direction as they're growing. If you get them done professionally, you have many more options. Waxing does hurt but the pain goes away very quickly, so I would recommend that. Unfortunately they aren't many options for painless eyebrow maintenance. For no pain at all but more upkeep, try buying an electronic eyebrow razor from CVS. Your brows will grow back very quickly but there is no pain associated to it at all.

I really love the aspirin mask. I've always had problems with acne, and even though it's gotten much better since my teen years, I get some breakouts. The aspirin mask really helps to clear your skin up, and leaves it baby smooth! However, it is a pretty strong mask, so you don't want to use it too much. I recommend once or twice a week at the very most. And if you have sensitive skin I would avoid this mask altogether. After the mask it's very important to moisturize and use sunscreen!

When is it best to use id's versus classes in css?

Lol, this is supposed to be for makeup questions, but I guess I don't mind web design questions too. The major difference between ID's and Classes is that ID's are unique, whereas classes can be used as many times as you like. You can also have multiple classes assigned to one element on the page. So, the main reason why you would choose to use an ID over a class is if you want a certain element to be unique from the rest of their similar elements. For instance, you can use the same class on a group of divs to define their width, height, etc in css. But if you also want each of those divs to have a different color background, you would apply a unique ID to each of those divs. Hope this helps!

I need help putting on eyeliner. When I put it on, the line does not look consistent. Do you have any tips?

Try using a gel or powder eyeliner (or black eyeshadow) with a tapered liner brush to give you more control and precision. Start from the outer corner of your eye and work your way to the inner corner. This way you are stroking at a downwards angle, so there will be less mistakes, and you can slowly build the shape of your line. And as always, practice makes perfect!

Stela and I recently went to the Chanel counter at the mall, and the lady that was helping Stela actually showed us a neat trick. Clench your hands so that you are sort of pinching your finger tips, and then look at the color of your finger tips to determine which color is the natural shade of your skin when you are blushing. This way, you can find a lipstick color that compliments that color. Usually if your blush and lipstick matches that color, it compliments your skin tone very well.
