It sounded like there was a helicopter just flying around in there. So I go to my mum's room, and she obviously thinks I'm like dreaming or something, so she just says 'Oh, it must be one of Santa's helpers... Go back to bed!'. So I'm all like, alrighty, alrighty, whatevs. Christmas tomorrow, I should just sleep. So I get back into bed, and I don't really hear the noise anymore, so I fall asleep quickly. About half an hour later, I wake up, cause I hear this weird clicking/breathing type sounds. Look down, and a fucking bat is coming out from underneath my pillow. Like, right there! He's crawling out and looking at me as if he wants to eat me up. It was awful. I run out of my room, and tell my mummy, and then it takes us the next hour and a bit to get it out of the house. And they can get through really thin cracks, so at one point my mum and I close my door, and we wait whilst my dad goes and gets a net or a towel, or something, and the bat starts crawling out from the bottom of my door and starts attacking our feet. It was awful. None the less, we got it out, and I had a wonderful Christmas. But I am scarred for life. Just the other day I was outside on the deck calling my dog in, and a bat was flying around and I ran into the house crying..... Yeah. Embarassing?
