Updates for TGS stopped at about, oh, august 19. I wasn't feeling well, and had to deal with a lot of things, mostly getting ready for college. On August 21, I started college, and decided I'd start my new life as well. The next day, I quit my job which was making me miserable, but, while I felt better, I still felt a bit awful. With the big looming update for OMNIA hanging over my head, and me being in an update slump, I had to tough it out and get it posted before I could start feeling good enough about myself to update. But I was in a weak state, so to speak. My will to draw had vaporized on the 21st when my pet cat, tippur, died. It didn't hit me as hard as I expected, and that only served to make myself feel more guilty about it. But I started doing constant updates for OMNIA (which, I feel, may be dying itself due to lack of god/protagonist activity, and a bit of work on my end, it really needs more readers and a jolt of life to get it up and running and exciting again), and now, as I pull myself out of this big slump I've made, what with trying to find a new job now, school on my mind, and 2 adventures to update (Dr. T is on indefinite hiatus, I'll bring him back one day as a reboot, perhaps.), I felt that maybe, people didn't care much about TGS anymore. It certainly didn't hold my expectations. I actually made it as a bet against PREQUEL creator Khazerdad or however you spell it, that I could make it as popular if not more popular than that infernal cat. However, when I saw the popularity drop faster than a rock in water, it shot my hopes for it down as well. I guess what I'm saying is, I'll start updating it again, but... I just need to do some work on myself, and perhaps, on the comic itself. I might have to advertise it and my other ones, while working to make my art better. I'm not going to get my BFA by doing crap drawings like these anyways. So yes sytruan, I'll start updating TGS right now. Right this minute, and without delay. I just felt it warranted some explanation as to why it hadn't updated. It's good to know people care about it though. That makes me happy inside.
