Growing up, I always ordered pasta primavera on the "dinner dates" my father used to take us on once a week, which was the one thing I knew I'd always like.

When I cook at home, I normally make macaroni and cheese or pasta with Parmesan cheese. Dishes like those are my comfort foods for when I feel down or tired.
