My parents aren't restricting me at all, but they've simply said that going to college should be a last resort. I haven't been singing lately either and I'm just not that interested in music as I used to be. It's just... I don't know, high school does that to you. Sucks the creativity out of you and expects everyone to be successful academically. Creativity is very helpful in the arts, and I'm just not creative, simple as that.

The problem with going into music is that I really know nothing about music. Practically I'm fine, but theoretically, I suck. I just wouldn't be good in a music program. Audio engineering requires a decent amount of tech knowledge, which I lack, and not to mention it's college which my parents highly not recommend as a post-secondary choice.

I did think of going into Biomedical Communications as a medical illustrator but the only program in Canada is hard to get into and my art skills seem to be lacking since I've ditched them for singing/music. It's ironic because I'm still not good at music AHAHAHAHA

So yeah, I don't know. My safest option would be to just go into forensics and see what happens, because honestly I don't have any other choices that interest me right now. And I mean, thanks for the concern at least! I mean, I understand the hype because it does have a good concept (the eye powers) and characters, but then Jin... he just sucks at writing, so all these good ideas are wasted.

So far we've seen nothing of an actual plot/conflict and most of his characters are one-dimensional. He doesn't elaborate on important things like what the Blindfold Gang's true intentions are and their history, why the characters have eye powers, or even minor things like why there was a time loop in Kagerou Days and why Seto was wandering in the forest in Imagination Forest. Oh, and why do the Blindfold Gang own this big apartment suite when they're a bunch of rebel teenagers? HUH? And yet he has time to write his light novel with filler about going to the amusement park? Half-assed writing, I tell you, HALF-ASSED WRITING. It's a shame, really.

But I'm going to give it a chance because the series isn't technically done so Jin still has time to develop some kind of plot. If he doesn't improve his writing by the end though...
