I use Adobe Photoshop CS5 :) The key is getting it right in camera and then using photoshop to give it a little more umph.

I do have it :) I used it a lot before I upgraded to the 50 1.2. I loved the 1.4. It's a great lens! I may be selling it if you're interested :)

Thanks so much for the question. I actually not scheduling anymore weddings. I have one more this year and two next year. After that, no more. However I know and love lots of fabulous wedding photographers that I would be happy to refer your friend. Just emailed at priscilla@priscillabphotography.com.

Woops...guess I should've looked at this sooner! Holiday sessions are done before the end of October in order to get all orders back in time for holiday gifts. October is usually my busiest month for that. I'm right in the middle of holiday rush right now :)

I trained myself :) I researched and read everything I could get my hands on. I worked hard. I would read and shoot. Read and shoot. Learned the rules, found my own personal style, and wasn't afraid to break the rules when appropriate and step out of the box. I would be happy to answer your questions :)

Yes :) My wonderful clients and I work together to find the best location for them. Some place they're comfortable and reflects their personality is the best.

Oh well thank you for all the very sweet comments :) I am actually a Canon girl, although I have contemplated switching. I wouldn't want to start all over with gear. I love my 5D classic :) Just upgraded to the 5D Mark II and am trying to get use to it. My go to lens is 24-70, next is 50 1.4. I use Photoshop CS3. I use Phaunt's sunshine in my hand on just about everything. That's pretty much it :) I use to work on the eyes quite a bit, but they naturally pop with good lighting and normal editing, so I don't really mess with it too much any more. Trying to be more minimal in my editing :)

In some ways it seems like just yesterday, others it seems like I've been doing this forever! Truth is that I've always been obsessed with photos. I mean OBSESSED! Never really thought about being a photographer until I first started getting into graphic design and exploring my artistic side. When I met someone who said they were a photographer, I said "I'm so jealous". Then thought to myself I needed to explore that :) So...here I am. That was about 3 years ago. I asked for a digital camera that year. It was a fancy point and shoot. Shortly after that I upgraded to a better point and shoot that I could control the manual settings on. I began to learn the basics and asked for a DSLR. I changed cameras 3 times that first year and it all just kind of went crazy from there. I read as much as I could and took as many pictures as I could. And here I am :)

Hi there! :) To be honest, I just started formspring recently. Well, I've had it for a month or so, but have been terrified to post it :) lol. Afraid it will truly show how uncool I am! I opened my formspring account to follow other photographers like Tara Whitney, Joyce Smith, etc. I love seeing their answers :) It's kind of like twitter as you can "follow" someone. You can actually link it to Tumblr, Twitter, Blogger, or Facebook :)
And what's Tumblr? We're teaching each other here :) -
oh that's a tough one. i LOVE going out to eat. It would be hard to choose between Asuka (Japanese) and Johnny Corinos. yummo!
