I think floral blue looks better! The black has this stark black centre in the middle of the chest that looks out of place. Blue's looks better :) I think the HH crochet skirt isn't that nice, it looks kinda low quality actually. Nicer ones would be the Labellavita Imelda Crochet Skirt! :) The portrait skirt looks absolutely amazing, really like a painting! I'd say the HVV one!
