      hello, i was wondering if at any point in making prace did you ever think it sounded cheesy when you read it to yourself? im trying to start my comic but i feel that its too dumb and cheesy but theres not other way to make it not be like that.

      IT SOUNDS CHEESY ALL THE TIME but you just have to live with it.. It'll (hopefully) get easier as you write more.

      I know there were probably a lot of these, who asked You about this, but may I know which technique You are using drawing Prague Race? Is that only pencil, or do You use some markers or something? It all just looks great!

      It's done only with pencils. In prologue there's so much dark areas that there I used some indian ink so save my hand!

      I bet she has!! Miko would only be like aw yiss and Colin would probably start going all "sfgdfsd-.s,.sds,., " and cry because everything is indecent.

      Hello! I just want to tell you that sometimes I see in my bus a person which looks like Colin, but he has blonde hair. I wish I had photo of him! Anyway - I love PR and can't wait for new pages <3

      AFSAHGFD There's someone at my school that looks exactly like colin.. and then it's really embarrassing when i stare at them voaoaoaaaa haha i'd die to see a picture of this person who you're talking about but that might probably never happen :---(

      I'm doing fine, thank you. Just woke up and I'm about to leave to school where we just started the photography course. I study filmmaking and animation, and I'm really interested in director work! Or maybe i'm just going to make in-between frames for the rest of my life boohouhuhuhuu

      yes I will!! the second chapter is about to end very soon, and after the third one is finished (it'll be very short) it's going to get printed.

      Were Colin and the rest of your characters based on specific people or characters you know? How did you manage to define their personalities?

      Not really.. Their personalities are based on basic knowledge I have about people, and of course the happenings of my own life might affect on the comic, like example if there's some issue on my mind I've been pondering it might end up in the fiction I write subconsciously. I guess I just think about my characters daily (all the time) and then they are forming slowly into personalities. It's like having imagination friends lmao

      SOON I almost had three pages ready but then I decided to draw them again since they didn't really please my eye. I have lot's of work to do at school and couple of commissions too, but after they are finished I can update.. Hopefully next week..

      Whoa Leppu Im sure you're tired of all these questions but do you ink your watercolor drawings or are your outlines just pencil? If it's ink, do you ink with dip pens or fineliners?

      just with mechanical pencil. I don't really like inking it makes my lines so boring and too controlled :(

      What is Leona, Miko and Colin biggest fear???

      Colin is afraid of some sort of total chaos and collapse of society etc, Miko is afraid of being left alone and Leona.. Isn't afraid of anything. It's not because she's tough, but because she doesn't even think about things like that and she just drifts around not caring about anything.

      What kind of paper do you use for your drawings?

      Canson XL sketchpad, and the paper I draw PRace on is something cheap that doesn't even have a brand.

      Are you talking about the older pages where Leona has face tattoos and looks like a guy and Colin finds some porn mags? Weren't they up on your older DA account, I remember seeing them somewhere.

      HAHA YES So weird that someone still remembers them!! I kind of hid the pages though. In the very first sketches Leona was a dude, but then I decided that a female lead would be more interesting. Miko didn't even exist in the first story.. and that version kind of sucked in every aspect possible. I'm so glad i wrote it again huhh

      I'm just a *little* addicted to your comic - I follow it on smackjeeves, and I follow your art on tumblr and deviantart too! Eek! I was just wondering how you colour your comics?

      uhuhuu thanks! I'm really happy that you enjoy it. First I make the lineart with mechanical 0.3 pencil, and then I make the first thin layer of grays with 4H pencil. After that I just use darker and darker pencils to make more shadows!
