Have you ever thought of having emotions as a burden? If the only thing you understand how to feel is pain, would it be worth it to keep that only emotion or is it better to throw it all away and feel nothing?

    I personally think emotions are what make us human. They're always there, and some may not necessarily be good, but they are. If all you feel is pain, you need to see what's causing it, and take steps to fix it. You need to take a deep breath, relax and take in the world around you. Listen to the birds chirping, the leaves rustling, the wind whistle. You'll feel grounded, pure, strong, relaxed, peaceful. They're all emotions, and I think while you may feel a lot of pain, you certainly do feel a lot of other emotions but they're just not as significant.
