I think there was also a demand for it as well. Now that everything is digital there's a bit of a brain disconnect with 'why can't I just have all the files?...it doesn't cost you anything'
I just started pricing files into my packages instead of doubling the price of the package if they want them. If they can get past the initial sticker shock, they're usually happy couples.

We both shoot 40 - 50 weddings a year. We make negative money from this podcast, paying for transcriptions so there's something for Google to find

Totally depends on the type of wedding, for me. The black shirt, black pants, black shoes is always a safe bet. If it's at a nicer wedding venue, I shift to the tie.

If they bought your biggest package, and are getting married at the nicest venue in town, it's probably time for a jacket.

Taylor here--UV filter free since 2003. Actually, I think I might still have one on my 70-200. I don't think Dave uses them on any lenses. Short answer: just say no to filters. You're putting another piece of glass in front of great piece of glass. Just don't drop your lenses
