Both. I have learned so much through my frequent use of the Internet - about so many things including computers, technology and life in general. I met my (now) best friends via the Internet, we hang out regularly and I can't imagine my life without them. My experiences with these people and other people on the Internet made me grow up a hell of a lot and become a better person in terms of maturity and such.

However, there are a number of things that I hate about what the Internet has done to me but the biggest would have to be my loss of creativity and general intelligence level due to not practicing because I was too busy on the Internet. I used to be able to play guitar: nope, not anymore! I used to be able to speak Spanish: ¡hola! - that's about all I can say now. I used to be a great writer: literally cant even form proper sentences sometimes these days. And ask me to think of a name or slogan for something: I will literally sit there for an hour trying and trying, using random word generators to inspire me, but nope.

It's really frustrating.
