Hey thanks :) Actually I don't use any special skin care products! Since young, I just use regular bar soap to wash my face and then to moisturise, I just use Johnson&Johnson's baby moisturiser. I know it's very unorthodox but it's worked fine for me. I've tried the whole facial cleanser...etc thing but it's so troublesome and I don't like the feel of it (doesn't feel so clean!) Actually, I think it's in a person's genes? My parents don't really get pimples on their faces - past and present - so yeah my family doesn't quite have a problem with that.

As for makeup products, I just use eyeliner, blush and lipstick :) For parties and stuff, sometimes I'll use foundation and eyeshadow too. I use Bobbi Brown and MAC mainly :)

Not really, actually. Well, teachers aren't paid very well to be honest. Our starting pay is not bad but it doesn't climb fast nor far and it surely does not commensurate the amount of effort and number of hours put in. So it is fair enough for most people to stereotype teachers as having a 'no frills' sort of life.. But if you can afford a better than 'no frills' life, nobody's going to put a stop to that just because you're a 'teacher' :)

Hey actually I'm teaching in the primary school but the school I'm teaching in has both primary and secondary :) I do wear makeup to school but not heavy makeup. I don't think I've seen many teachers with very heavy makeup (e.g. full-on coloured eye shadow with very drastic colours...etc) but lighter makeup is definitely fine.

As for dress code, the fine lines will be drawn by the school's culture. During the staff induction, they'll usually let you know what's okay and what's not okay. Otherwise, there's always the MOE guideline to abide by :) This is the main guideline that every school will follow, then depending on the school culture, it'll be a little more relaxed or stricter. You can view the dress code rules here: http://teachers.nie.edu.sg/portal/page/portal/TeacherPortal/ContentDetails?paramMainTab=638&paramNodes=356

There's no hard and fast rule that you can't carry branded bags...etc. In the schools that I have taught in, both of which have secondary schools attached, it's all right to carry branded bags, wallets...etc. I think it really depends on the school that you're posted to? I mean I suppose nobody will tell you that you can't use it, but it's a little embarrassing to be so flashy if your students are mainly from the low income households, trying to make ends meet :(

Hey it'll be launching tonight (Tue, 8 May) at 8pm! I'm afraid it may not be able to fit a UK8-10. The armhole is a little small so it may only be able to fit up to a large UK8 at the most :((

The colourful ones - cobalt blue, yellow, pink and purple were specially bought for shoots from a shop at Far East Plaza :) The others are either Shisi's or the model's own! And no I haven't heard that before haha I don't think we look alike though!

Hi hahah it's alright :) Yup I do! I find them a lot more comfortable and less eeky! Anyway, I used to use Kotex in Melbourne - it comes in a set of 2 boxes, each box containing about 8-10 tampons, and each tampon is wrapped in a different coloured plastic wrapper! It's really cute! And they brought it to Singapore so you can find it here nowadays. I highly recommend the Kotex ones :) You can find them at selected Cold Storages, Watsons and hmm.. I'm not sure where else because I usually get them from a Cold Storage nearby :)

Hey I'm sorry I don't think it'll fit :( I'm glad you like the crystal pleated dress and that your colleagues love it on you too! It's a classy piece that'll never go out of style and I love how it's perfect for work :)

    9. Priscilla

Happy CNY to you too! Actually I'm not too sure because I'm really swamped with my assignments and stuff at the moment so I don't have time to make jewellery nor take pictures of them :( I'm even finding it rather difficult to keep up with the editing of pictures for the clothing line at the moment. As such, I don't think I'll be posting any jewellery collections anytime soon? I'm not sure if Shisi will be posting up any though so you may wish to ask her on her formspring (theposhpig)?

Oh actually, I haven't exactly tried these places but I've heard some good reviews so you might want to check them out? I think $20-25 should be alright for these places! But as for the public transport bit, I'm not too sure so you might want to check up on that?

      1. Peperoni Pizzeria (Hillcrest)
Address: 6 Greenwood Avenue, Hillcrest Park
(It's along Bukit Timah so there should be bus stops around there? But you might have to walk a while to get into Hillcrest Park itself.)

      2. Big Bad Wolf
      Address: 226 Tanjong Katong Road

      3. The Loft
      Address: 41 East Coast Road

      4. Platypus Test Kitchen
Address: 24 Raffles Place, #02-02 Clifford Centre

      5. Arbite
      Address: 66A Serangoon Garden Way
(Shisi's sister's friend owns this place. I've seen pictures and it looks really cosy and nice! My bf's been there before and he said the food's pretty good for the price! But I'm not sure how to get there via public transport.)

      Hope that helps!

Hey actually I'm not too sure if I can help you out because firstly, I'm not too familiar with the public transport system (especially whether the buses will reach that area or not) in Singapore so I'm not sure if the places I suggest will be accessible by public transport :( Secondly, $20-25/pax including gst and service charge is a bit tight. Is it for dinner or lunch?

The places I have in mind aren't very near to MRT stations because I think if you want it to be near MRT stations then you're mainly looking at shopping centres and stuff?

Oh really! My boyfriend's one isn't active at all. As in it won't jump out! And I had two that weren't either :) Goldfishes are quite active in that sense though! You could put a lid on top :) Anyway hope you manage to find a suitable pet then! haha

    15. Priscilla

haha the bloodworms are frozen and they come in cubes but one pufferfish can't finish the whole cube so you kind of have to mix it in water, then take out a few worms at a time to feed. It's such a hassle :( I've tried keeping goldfishes and guppies as well but they die quite quickly. I'd recommend keeping fighting fishes! They're easy to maintain because they're really hardy and they're pretty :) They feed on normal fish food (the small kind) and they breathe from the surface so you don't have to have any oxygen pump or whatsoever!

    16. Priscilla

haha well I don't think I really have a particular style actually.. it changes from time to time! Sometimes I prefer something more edgy but most times it's rather girly. I think Shisi and I do manage to find some overlapping in our styles which helps us to pick which designs to manufacture :) So yes, probably a little similar but definitely not entirely the same?

    17. Priscilla

No it's not.. Or at least I don't think it is but I didn't see it die so I'm not sure where it is. It's quite troublesome to keep it because it feeds on bloodworms so the tank becomes quite messy and the water turns colour after about 2-3 days! So I had to keep changing the water :( So anyway, in the end, I put it in the fish pond that I have at home. I haven't seen it since so I'm not sure where it is :( haha I can't remember how much it was but I don't think it was above $10? Got it at Clementi Blk 328 - they have a couple of fish shops there!

    18. Priscilla

Hey I kept both colours actually! Because I really like the Navy-Pink-White one and I kept the Pink-Red-White one for CNY! Initially I thought I should just keep one but after I saw our model in it, I was sold!!!
