I am not a junky (ahem, famous last words), but I do love me some Project Runway, RW/RR The Challenge, and Big Brother. I occasionally watch a train wreck on MTV Teen Mom, Jersey Shore, and the like, so I am not one to judge! :P

i fell down a flight of stairs in a public place on a rainy day. wet shoes, wet stairs...I'm lucky I didn't break anything, instead I was just mortified. I walked away head hanging in shame laughing that nervous laugh :(

Black Shatter is a top coat, meaning it can applied to any base O.P.I. or otherwise and will have the same "break apart" finish. It is similar to an old Cover Girl polish (circa 2000) called Crackle Lacquer. I can't wait to try Black Shatter on all my polishes :)

The one bag I thought of when I read this question was a Botkier bag I posted about a while ago, but I'm not sure if that is the one you are asking about based on your description! Sorry! I'm probably not the best person to ask, because my hair has yellow tones in it. However, I know that if you bleach your hair you should follow it with a hair toner to give it more of a 'natural' look that is if you are going for a look like the hair of Playmates & Gwen Stefani. Doing that combined with your shampoo I imagine that would do the trick.
