I registered as a law student (They mixed up my offer letter) when I first went to CenFoS of IIUM, but I switched to Foundation in Pharmacy a week later. I was offered to do Dentistry for my degree upon completing 2 years of foundation, so I went to IIUM Kuantan for 1 year before coming to CUCMS to read Medicine :)

nearly, yes. in a group yes, the students will be placed in groups (in which you'll be in for the whole year) and yeah. I didn't do my foundation here as i came here as a 1st year MBBS student but the way of teaching-learning btwn foundation and MBBS is more or less the same, which is student-centered learning.
I'm Amal, I'm a 2nd year medical (MBBS) student :) Yes, being scared of going to the front to present, I still feel it till now but it's fun really. The feeling of being scared disappear with time. Getting to present in front of the class helps to build your confidence because you need to have good confidence for the sake of your clinical years later on~ -
It's fine, you should jst email me straight if you want to know more :) Basically in foundation, you'll learn what STPM/A-level students learn. Biology, chemistry, physics, Maths and all, but with a twist. CUCMS emphasizes on student-centered learning, the students will be given assignments to do before classes and have to present their findings/answers in classes, the lecturers will be there to guide/correct if you make a mistake.
It's a fun way to learn than pure spoon-feeding, with time you'll have higher self-esteem and self-confidence :) -
Hey there :) As a CUCMS student, I'd like to welcome you with open arms to our family. You might feel scared now, I think it's normal to be scared as it's a big transition between high school and pre-uni world but you'll feel as if you're home when you're in CUCMS.
I felt I was home when I first came here :) -
Of course, she's the cutest babun in the jungle ;)
