Flying seems like the obvious answer but maybe if global warming is really going to raise sea levels, perhaps it would be preferable to be able to live "under the sea"...

This question reminds me of that scene in Ricky Gervais' 'Extras' where they discuss having your food too sweet or too salty...

I'm from the UK and everyone knows we don't do extremes at all but I would rather be hot than cold

I think TV is never as magical as when you are a child. After this, you gradually become cynical & jaded. However, I have recently found that the new Dr Who takes me back to that childhood feeling. Although it has come on amazingly in terms of effects, it still has the capacity to make me uneasy and long to hide behind the sofa...

I guess my childhood favourites would have been the ones I was allowed to stay up for. So, Knight Rider (the Hoff will always be Michael Knight - even with all his cameos & his small role as the soft-porn-beach-cop show...) and the less-well-known Street Hawk. I also (inexplicably) loved KickStart - the low rent show where kids raced motorbikes over obstacles.
