went out of town with my best friend when i said that i was on a school fieldtrip. it wasn't funny then because...
1. i thought i was seeing someone else.
2. i'm not allowed to 'see' someone yet
3. i was suppose to be on a field trip
4. i had to write a paper for that field trip
5. and i had an exam to study for too
6. my best friend and i were having troubles because of number 1

i can sort of laugh about it now because:
1. the person i was seeing then, i'm no longer seeing now. and...i regret ever going out with that person. hahahaha. what was i thinking???
2. my parents and friends are now pushing me to 'actually' go out--thinking i've never dated anyone. haha. well, i do have the option to not count that one. so yeah.
3. the field trip was boring anyway.
4. i was able to write the paper anyway.
5. it was an easy exam
6. my then best friend is no longer even a friend.

funny. it would've been a big issue had it been found out. but it's not like eloped or did something similarly stupid, right? just needed some 'fresh air'. :)
