I don't know who's it from but my favorite self-help quote goes like this " If you think you can or you think you cannot, either way, you are right." Or something like that. I like it because it's so simple and so true. We are the judge of ourselves and of what we can and cannot do. Besides, saying to myself "I CAN" makes me feel so enough and challenged.
