Ever considered being a christian?
Yes. Well, and a catholic, too. When I was younger my godmother used to take me to church, and for a while I did believe that I would forever be a catholic...But then after some time I lost interest in the whole 'going to church' deal, because I didn't understand what was going on, and so essentially I couldn't believe in the faith anymore.
I've been to many churches because my friends have invited me to join them at their services. I'm normally interested to go as long as they can assure me that they aren't too preachy. When I go I would listen intently and try and understand the religion better,.. Basically trying to find a reason why I should believe in it. I never have.
I suppose it is because I am more a person of reason rather than one who can base their faith on feeling. Also, religion is now taking a backseat; I am not really interested to find out who is out there. But I'm not an atheist...I do think there is someone of a higher power watching over us, I just don't know who.
Am I rambling?? Sorry I just woke up :-s
