I'm not really much of a confrontational person but when the situation really calls for it, like if the person's really getting on everyone's nerve (not just mine) and needs to be confronted, I go and confront. Knowing that I'm right and that I'm standing up for something rational/justifiable (given that I am) helps me to become firm when confronting others.

The thing is, I don't really believe that 'money can't buy happiness.' In fact, money can make you happy, depending of course on how you use it. With unlimited money, you can buy everything you want, donate to charity (or even set up your own charitable foundation), and do/get practically everything to your heart's content so it kinda helps you get 'unlimited happiness' as well :D (Will not dwell on the complexity of 'happiness' to keep my answer simple.)
