It's just like any other internet fad. Self satisfying and probably short lived.

My Dad. He raised me on Readers Digest and Jeopardy, he encouraged me from a very young age to write and study. His work ethic is incredible, I think he's called in sick maybe 3 times in his life. Though he's getting a little cranky as he ages, he's still the first person to tell me "You can do it!". He's patient and kind, and the first to admit when he's wrong. I'd like to think that because of him I was able to recognize those qualities in my husband when Dave and I fell in love. It's true what they say about marrying a guy who shares many of the same traits your Father!

To forget taking photoshop classes and instead purchase actions for my images. If I wanted my photos to look over sharpened and over processed I could create that action myself for free. "Totally Rad Actions" are probably the worst of the options out there. If you want to do something well, don't pay to cut corners. It shows in your work and while your clients may think your images are original and creative, your peers can see right through you and your shortcuts.

My friend Jen and I drinking at a bar and avoiding scum. Probably not too far off from reality.

Tim Cooper. He carries more talent and drive in his pinky finger than most folks find within themselves in a lifetime.

Ahi Tuna, sans the farm raised variety.

Yacht, which I would quickly sell for a sailboat. Fossil fuels are for sissies! Let the wind be your fuel!

If you had asked me this 10 years ago, my answer would have been a confident "HELL YES!". Nowadays, I'd like to think I can shake my tookus if the moment calls for it without embarrassing anyone, though my battle skills leave something to be desired.

Never been fired, but I was laid off from my position as a Director of Marketing and Project Manager two years ago. The event was life changing in ways I never imagined. I went from being the bread-winner in my family to being a broke student just trying to get by. In the end, it has all been worth it. I was never meant to be confined to a corner office and bossing 23 subordinates around. I get to choose the people I work with now, and that's worth more to me than any 6 figure salary. :)

Cindy Sherman and Imogen Cunningham. I wouldn't say that my own style replicates nor resonates like their work, but I strive to produce images that are as inspirational as theirs. Above all, I feel that women in photography are grossly underestimated, and I appreciate the work they were doing in years past when women weren't necessarily given the same opportunities as their male counterparts.

It's an even tie between Woo Lae Oak and Irori. The food is solid, but the service is equally OUTSTANDING at both of these spots.

American Idol. Utter garbage.

Vanilla. Used to be chocolate but my taste buds have changed.

I don't want a funeral, but if someone must play a song at my memorial I hope that it's Radiohead's "How to Disappear Completely"

Tenacious, intelligent, and creative.
