in the morning i'll either have cinnamon toast or yogurt with either chocolate milk or apple juice, for lunch, if i didn't eat yogurt for bfast i'll usually eat it for lunch or pb&j with a granola bar and water, and dinner always changes! i just watch what i eat but don't deprive myself!
just drink tons and tons of water - that's the best advice i could give! -
eat when i'm full - everything in moderation and plenty of water!

Clearly it's horrible to ever resort to hurting yourself in the heat of the moment or because you feel like that's you're only way out. People with self harming issues need to understand that it does get better and that they have so much to look foward to in life.

i only wear makeup if i'm going to be somewhere for a while or when i just want to look presentable. school, parties, dinner. that's it. when i do wear it, i wear foundation, concealer, powder, blush and bronzerrrr!
