
you excersise right? could you tell me your daily routine? i want a body like yours

I don't exercise as much as I should. ;;; I try to lose 200 calories per day (so, 20 minutes of climbing stairs or 30 minutes of jumping jacks, etc). I'm trying to eat more fruits and vegetables and not so many carbs/starches (pasta, bread, etc). I don't really have a daily routine but doing any exercise is better than none at all.
Also I'm only 4'10 so that also contributes a lot to my image @__@; I'm not exactly a stick so I look stout a lot of the time because.. well, I am stout. =u=>;; Thank you though, I'm honored. ;;
