The vast majority of my wardrobe comes from Kohl's and Salvation Army Family Thrift. The former's clearance racks and crazy cheap sales just never let me down, and, before their prices went up, the latter helped expand my closet with great items that cost 50 cents to a buck. I also always check Payless ShoeSource for sales on shoes and purses, and keep an eye on the Charlotte Russe online sale section for $2 jewelry.

Has to be my thrifted vintage blue fur-trimmed coat. The price tag was still in the pocket. Decades ago, someone paid $285 for it. I paid $5.
