Eating junk food, catching up on favorite shows, and eating more junk food. And taking pictures of it all.

Jocee uses the phrase "goshbubbles" ALL the time, and we've all found ourselves at some point using it for some particular reason! I know I have. It's so awkward and yet totally hilarious.

Email, Blogger, Facebook/Twitter, possibly Tumblr and definitely Pinterest. We're so typical.

It's still there, dear. We also want to showcase that life can be fun while doing simple, everyday things. Like, as Abby posted: making popcorn. Or as Lindsey posted: drawing on the chalkboard. Or, as Gracie posted: there are times when there's nothing particularly exciting going on, times where there is a lull. And it's okay for you guys to know that. We don't always have spectacular things to blog about, and that's cool. We love that. We embrace it. For all of us: We've had our times where we forgot to post on the blog/were busy, or something came up and we just couldn't. But that's life. It happens, it gets in the way, and we can't control it.

      Hope you keep reading on!

we had no intention of copying FernwehMag, and if you read a few of the questions below, you'd see our explanation for it. Fernweh is a magazine, in which they post art and photography and etc, whereas AOU is a blog where we showcase life. Just life. We include art and photography, family and food and others, but the main focus is centered around life. We aren't saying that Fernweh doesn't do this, quite the contrary, Fernweh does! But there are some differences between us, and we are good friends with the girls at Fernweh and they agree with us as well.

      We apologize for upsetting you!

We aren't planning to, no. Not until one of us gets too busy. But keep an eye out, because we might be opening up submissions soon! :)

We don't think so and neither do the girls at fernweh. We're good friends with the fernweh staff and they don't feel like we've 'copied' them at all! Fernweh and AOU both have very different goals/missions. Fernweh is a magazine celebrating simple and beautiful things, AOU is a collective blog sharing ordinary parts of our lives. You see, apart from the collaboration part of both blogs, they are both different and unique in their own ways. (and let's remember that Fernweh wasn't the first collab blog!) So, no, we don't feel that we copied fernweh and fernweh doesn't think so either.

Unless something comes up and one of us decides to resign from the team, we aren't really planning to add any new authors to the actual team. However, in the relatively near future, we may be opening up submissions from our readers. (which would be fun, no?) We're glad you're liking the blog :)
