
Have you ever run into a situation where you received your delivery but you just didn't want to keep the garments? Are you allowed to send items back after they have been delivered? How does this work? Thank you
I've had a few problems with damaged items or items where the zipper stuck. Usually you need to process damages in 10 days but some brands like Voom are great about extending that. You really need a reason to send things back, either a technical error or POSSIBLY a fit error (there was a time when I had fitting issues with an entire line and I wish I had inquired about sending those items back). And you can always change or cancel orders 7 days after your showroom visit.
