I have to say I'm not a big fan of cava. Living in Sonoma we have access to some delicious sparkling wines so I prefer either that or a good champagne for a special treat. But I have to say if I was somewhere in Spain, sitting on a patio, eating some mussels, watching the sunset, I'm sure I'd love some cava. "When in Rome..." :)
