It's Kind of a Funny Story by Ned Vizzini is my favorite book. After that, all of John Green's books: Looking For Alaska, An Abundance of Katherines, and Paper Towns. Read his book with David Levithan, too: Will Grayson, Will Grayson. David Levithan is a good author from what I've heard, I liked him in WGWG and I've read Boy Meets Boy, he wrote Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist. If I Stay by Gayle Forman was good, The Lovely Bones by Alice Sebold, I really liked Postcards From A Dead Girl by Kirk Farber, and The Wild Things by Dave Eggers if you like Where The Wild Things Are (it's based off of the movie screenplay.) Um, I also enjoy Ellen Hopkin's books, Crank, Glass, Impulse and Identical were my favorites. Identical was fucking twisted as fuck but I liked it. Her books are all poetry, though, so I'm not sure if you're into that, but it's good. And I can't think of anything else. So pick any of those, really. Preferably the first few.
