I don't have one! Refer to the question below~

I think I've actually gained back a good amount of weight already :-( But just keep up an active lifestyle, i.e walk instead of the bus, take the stairs, go running/cycling/swimming. That's all I did. I hope this helps!

Sometimes, because it's really not easy in MI. But then again I can't see myself in any sort of course, so I guess I'm pretty satisfied doing A Levels.

Haha my friends generally don't eat at Macs, so for that I am really lucky. In fact, Macs isn't even on our list. We'd rather go to the hawker center or something. I actually don't buy anything at the movies, not even water because I have my own. What you could do is sneak your own healthy snacks in, like fruits or a takeaway salad. But really, I wish people would stop thinking that going to a movie = must eat something. Recently at movies I've seen increasing amounts of people without food as well! Socialising doesn't always have to be over food either. You guys could go bowling or cycling instead! If your friends are really willing to help you with your diet and specific needs, they really wouldn't mind you not eating with them I suppose. Maybe next time you could try suggesting having your meals at food courts or food halls so everyone gets what they want! P.S: Ion and Taka have pretty good food halls, I love the okonomiyaki at Ion. It's next to the taiyaki stall, my next favourite thing there!! Hehe.

What sort of "unhealthy cravings" are you referring to specifically? Because this varies individually. For the most part I have to be very thankful to the people around me for being extremely supportive of my initial diet change, especially my family. I didn't have much trouble with cravings because I naturally got turned off just looking at the unhealthy stuff. It irked me that some food could be so terribly oily (sorry, my main grouse is oily food) or immensely high in sugar levels. I'd say start easy, and snack only when you really need to. Sometimes your body mistakes thirst for hunger, and you're really not hungry at all. Try consuming food that has high water content (i.e fruits like watermelon) so that you'd stay full longer. Beans, sweet potatoes and pumpkins are good stomach fillers too!

Honestly my Tumblr dashboard hardly has any skinny girls, contrary to most people. I follow mostly food (ironically), photography and Asian blogs. It's good to get inspired, but don't let it get to you too much. Be happy as you are! Fat is subjective : ) Make changes if you really need to, remember to stay healthy, and all the best mate!

I'm currently only an active reblogger on Tumblr. I used to write on Blogger but I stopped about 2 years ago. Going to get my code monkey and inner graphic desginer on soon and get the site up and running again, hopefully by the end of the month! I'll update through Twitter, see you there! : )

Taiwan was okay. Unless you're looking for cheap shoes, I wouldn't go there for shopping but that's personal preference. Ximending has cheap deals though. Personally I think the night markets are a waste of time.

14/21. MI wasn't top of my list, I actually didn't want it. But I got it, and made do :-/

There's no one worth mentioning honestly........

The highest I've shot up to is 55kg, I'm now 47.5kg+/-. I know what you mean! It's all about self-control~

No way! I'm a complete food junkie at heart. I just got very turned off from all the weight I put on last year, so I turned into a complete health freak. I still eat a more than decent amount of food, with occasional cheat meals too.

I don't really know how to answer this I'm sorry :-( But coming from personal experience, when I over-run and do more than I should, my muscles tend to tense up and look bigger than they are. A day of rest should solve that! Usually I'd go swimming to replace running. I hope this helps!
