It's kinda hard to explain but I'll try.
So you open the template in PS then open your image in the same like, window. And then on the side where it says 'layers' you click on like, the joining line between the template later and the photo layer and (for a Mac) you hold option/alt and click in between the 2 layers and then the image should move into the template.

Sorry that's shitty explaining but that's the best I can do for Mac.

I've seen some pictures where she has but I'm not sure sorry. I don't stalk her.. Even if she does it's her choice
